The 21 Oaks Blockchain Horizon is a general open-ended domestic special AIF within the meaning of § 282 of the German Investment Code (KAGB), whose units may only be acquired by professional and semi-professional investors pursuant to § 1 (6) KAGB. Retail investors cannot acquire units of the 21 Oaks Blockchain Horizon.
